An almost surefire sign that mold is growing on your walls is the presence of peeling paint. This could mean that the wall has retained moisture and has therefore become prone to the growth of molds. Therefore, it's not enough that you were protective gloves and mask - you also have to cover your eyes with special glasses, as they can become extremely irritated after exposure to mold, and likewise cover your clothes with a plastic apron.

It's possible for mold spores to worm their way into the small crevices of clothing fabric and renew their spreading activities when the clothes are thrown into the hamper. You'll then fall victim to another cycle of black mold infestation before you know it!
